Organizer Terms
By attending the Adams Avenue Street Fair on Sunday, September 20, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: Free Admission: This is a free community event. No ticket purchase or advance registration is required for general admission. Entry is subject to event capacity, safety requirements, applicable laws, and organizer policies. Event Schedule: The Adams Avenue Street Fair is scheduled for Sunday, September 20, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM in the Adams Avenue area of Normal Heights, San Diego, CA 92116. Event Activities: Live music, musical performances, arts and crafts booths, retail vendors, carnival rides, festival food, beer gardens, and other scheduled activities are subject to change, delay, relocation, or cancellation based on weather, safety considerations, performer or vendor availability, or other circumstances. Live Music & Performances: The festival features multiple stages and numerous musical acts throughout the event. Specific performers, stage assignments, performance times, and lineups are subject to change and cannot be guaranteed. Arts, Crafts & Retail Vendors: The event may feature hundreds of arts, crafts, and retail booths. Individual vendors are responsible for their own products, pricing, merchandise, payment methods, services, and applicable return or exchange policies. DynoDine and the event organizers are not responsible for individual vendor transactions, products, or services. Food & Beverages: Food, beverages, festival treats, and other refreshments are sold separately by participating vendors. Vendors are independently responsible for their products, pricing, ingredients, preparation, payment policies, and services. Guests are responsible for informing vendors of any food allergies or dietary requirements before purchasing. Beer Gardens & Alcohol: Beer gardens and alcoholic beverages may be available in designated areas and are subject to applicable laws, age restrictions, identification requirements, venue rules, and organizer policies. Alcohol may only be consumed in designated areas and may not be permitted throughout the entire festival area. Carnival Rides & Attractions: Carnival rides and other attractions may have separate fees and may be subject to age, height, weight, health, or other safety requirements established by the ride operator. Guests must follow all instructions and safety requirements provided by ride operators. Children & Family Activities: Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children and minors at all times. Participation in any activity is subject to applicable safety requirements and restrictions. Weather & Event Changes: As an outdoor street festival, activities may be affected by weather conditions. The organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, relocate, suspend, or cancel performances, rides, vendor activities, or other portions of the event when reasonably necessary for safety or operational reasons. Photography & Video: Photography, video, and other forms of recording may take place throughout the festival. By attending, guests acknowledge that their image or likeness may appear in event photographs, videos, social media content, promotional materials, or other marketing communications, subject to applicable law. Guest Conduct & Safety: Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward performers, vendors, volunteers, staff, organizers, and other guests. All attendees must follow posted rules, applicable laws, venue requirements, and reasonable safety instructions provided by event organizers, security personnel, or law enforcement. Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. The event organizers, venue, participating vendors, and DynoDine are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unattended belongings, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Parking & Transportation: Parking availability, traffic conditions, road closures, public transportation, rideshare services, and pedestrian access may vary during the festival. Guests are responsible for making their own transportation arrangements and following all posted parking and traffic regulations. Accessibility: The event organizers will make reasonable efforts to provide an accessible festival experience in accordance with applicable requirements. Certain streets, activities, rides, or areas may have physical or operational limitations. Organizer & Platform: The Adams Avenue Street Fair is organized and conducted by the event organizers and their designated partners, performers, vendors, and service providers. DynoDine provides the event listing and promotional platform and does not operate or control the festival, performers, vendors, rides, food services, or other event activities. DynoDine is not responsible for event operations, schedule changes, vendor services, performances, weather-related changes, or decisions made by the event organizers.
