DynoDine Rewards is designed to help you save money and enjoy more value when dining and booking events through our app. This page explains how rewards are earned, when they can be redeemed, and the important conditions you should know.

1. Who Is Eligible to Earn Rewards?

Not every purchase in the DynoDine app automatically earns rewards. Rewards depend on the restaurant and the type of purchase.

  • The restaurant must be actively participating in the DynoDine Rewards program.
  • The purchase must meet the minimum purchase amount defined for rewards.
  • If a restaurant is not part of the rewards program, rewards will not be issued for that purchase.

2. How Are Reward Points Calculated?

Reward points are calculated only on the base price of your purchase.

  • Base event or order amount is considered.
  • Convenience fee is not counted.
  • Credit card (CC) fee is not counted.
  • Taxes are not counted.
  • Customers earn a minimum of 3% of the base amount as reward points.

This ensures rewards are fair and based only on the actual value of the food or event.

3. Viewing Your Rewards

You can track and manage your rewards through the DynoDine app:

  • Customers can see their rewards in the wallet in the DynoDine app.
  • Users can check the points per restaurant if they visit the wallet in the DynoDine app.

Tip: Open the DynoDine app and navigate to your wallet to see all your earned and pending rewards organized by restaurant.

4. When Can Rewards Be Redeemed?

Not every purchase is eligible for redeeming rewards. To use reward points:

  • The event or purchase must have a non-zero cost.
  • Free events ($0 base price) are not eligible for redemption or earning rewards.
  • The restaurant must allow reward redemption for that transaction.
  • Rewards earned for a restaurant should be redeemed only for that restaurant.

Important: You cannot use rewards earned from Restaurant A to redeem at Restaurant B. Each restaurant's rewards are specific to that restaurant.

5. Reward Credit Timing and Pending State

Understanding when your rewards become available:

  • Rewards earned take a maximum of 48 hours to credit to the user for them to be able to use it.
  • Until then, they will stay in pending state.
  • Once credited, rewards will be available in your wallet for redemption.

6. Minimum and Maximum Redemption Rules

To keep the system balanced, reward redemption follows these rules:

  • There is a minimum number of points required to redeem.
  • There is also a maximum number of points that can be redeemed per transaction.
  • You cannot redeem more points than the transaction amount.

The transaction amount used for this calculation excludes:

  • Convenience fee
  • Credit card fee
  • Taxes

7. Restaurant's Right to Cancel Points

Important information about point cancellation:

  • Restaurant holds the right to cancel any points irrespective of what state it is (pending or credited).
  • This right applies to all reward points associated with that restaurant.

Note: Restaurants may cancel points for various reasons including but not limited to fraudulent transactions, policy violations, or other legitimate business reasons.

8. What If a Restaurant Stops the Rewards Program?

Restaurants may choose to stop participating in the DynoDine Rewards program at any time.

  • No new rewards will be issued once a restaurant exits the program.
  • Existing reward points already earned by customers will still be honored.
  • You can safely redeem your existing points based on the redemption rules.

9. Reporting Issues and Support

If you encounter any issues with your rewards:

  • For any reason if the rewards are not added immediately, the DynoDine team will review the issue automatically and add them to the customer wallet.
  • Users can also directly report any issues to our support team.
