Organizer Terms

By purchasing a ticket for the Awez Darbar Dance Workshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Ticket Purchase: Each ticket is valid for ONE attendee only. Tickets must be purchased through the authorized ticketing platform and may be required for verification at entry. ALL SALES FINAL: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the event is cancelled by the organizer. Please verify the event date, time, and location before completing your purchase. Event Schedule: The workshop is scheduled for Sunday, September 27, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Prem Dance Studio, 5675 Jimmy Carter Blvd, Suite 107, Norcross, GA 30071. Attendees are encouraged to arrive 15 mins early for check-in. Please bring a water bottle. Early Bird Pricing: The $45 early-bird price is available only until September 15, subject to ticket availability. Pricing may change after the early-bird period. Limited Capacity: Registration is subject to availability. Purchasing a ticket confirms your spot unless otherwise communicated by the organizer. Event Changes: The organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, program, venue, or other event details when necessary. Cancellation or Rescheduling: If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, attendees will be notified using the contact information provided during registration. Any refund or ticket-transfer options will be determined by the organizer's cancellation policy. Photography & Video: Photography and video recording may take place during the event. By attending, participants acknowledge that event photos or videos may be used for promotional and marketing purposes, subject to applicable law. Participant Responsibility: Attendees participate in dance activities voluntarily and are responsible for determining whether they are physically able to participate. Participants must follow reasonable safety instructions provided by the instructor and venue. Conduct: Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and other participants. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior. Personal Belongings: The organizer, venue, and ticketing platform are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Organizer & Platform: The event is organized and conducted by the event organizer. DynoDine serves as the ticketing/registration platform and is not responsible for changes to the event made by the organizer. By completing your ticket purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
