Organizer Terms

By attending the Bollywood Beats event at Tamaasha Lounge & Bar, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: Event Schedule: Bollywood Beats is scheduled for September 12, from 10:00 PM onwards at Tamaasha Lounge & Bar, 6330 Lawrenceville Hwy, Tucker, GA 30084. Event timings may be changed or extended at the discretion of the venue or organizer. Event Entertainment: The event features DJ Nelson with Bollywood music, popular hits, dance tracks, and other entertainment. DJ appearances, music programming, and performance times are subject to change based on availability or operational requirements. Admission & Entry: Entry is subject to venue capacity, age restrictions, valid identification, dress code, security requirements, and other policies established by Tamaasha Lounge & Bar. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission when reasonably necessary. Reservations & Seating: Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the venue. Table availability, seating arrangements, minimum spend requirements, cover charges, and other reservation conditions, if applicable, are determined by Tamaasha Lounge & Bar. Age & Identification: Guests must meet all applicable legal age requirements for entry and alcohol consumption. Valid government-issued identification may be required. Guests who cannot provide acceptable identification may be refused entry or alcohol service. Food & Drinks: Food and beverages are sold separately unless specifically included in a confirmed reservation or promotional package. Menu availability, pricing, service charges, payment policies, and alcohol service are determined by the venue. Alcohol Service: Alcoholic beverages will be served only in accordance with applicable laws and venue policies. The venue may refuse or discontinue alcohol service when necessary for safety, legal, or operational reasons. Guests are responsible for arranging safe transportation and should not drink and drive. DJ & Event Changes: DJ appearances, music, entertainment, event timings, seating arrangements, and other event details may be changed, delayed, or cancelled due to artist availability, technical issues, safety considerations, venue requirements, or other circumstances. Photography & Video: Photography and video recording may take place during the event. By attending, guests acknowledge that photographs or recordings from the event may be used for promotional and marketing purposes, subject to applicable law. Guest Conduct & Safety: Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward DJs, staff, security personnel, and other attendees. All guests must follow venue rules and reasonable safety instructions. Disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the venue. Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. The venue, event organizer, and DynoDine are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unattended belongings, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Venue & Organizer: Bollywood Beats is hosted and/or conducted by Tamaasha Lounge & Bar and its designated event partners or promoters. The venue and/or organizer are responsible for event operations, admission, reservations, entertainment, food and beverage services, security, and venue policies. DynoDine Platform: DynoDine provides the event listing and promotional platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, DynoDine does not organize or operate the event and is not responsible for event changes, admission decisions, reservations, DJ appearances, food and beverage services, venue operations, cancellations, or decisions made by the venue or organizer. By attending Bollywood Beats featuring DJ Nelson at Tamaasha Lounge & Bar, you acknowledge and agree to follow these Terms & Conditions and all applicable venue, organizer, and safety policies.
