Organizer Terms

By attending Bollywood Remix Takeover featuring DJ Bashar at Tamaasha Lounge + Bar, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: Walk-In Event: This is a walk-in event and no ticket purchase or advance registration is required. Guests may arrive directly at the venue. Entry is subject to venue capacity, venue policies, and management discretion. Event Schedule: Bollywood Remix Takeover featuring DJ Bashar is scheduled for Friday, September 4, from 10:00 PM onwards at Tamaasha Lounge + Bar, 6330 Lawrenceville Hwy, Tucker, GA 30084. Entry & Capacity: Admission is subject to venue capacity and applicable venue requirements. Walk-in entry is not guaranteed if the venue reaches maximum capacity. Guests are encouraged to arrive early. Table Reservations: Table reservations may be made directly with Tamaasha Lounge + Bar. Reservations are subject to availability and the venue's policies. Age & Identification Requirements: Guests must comply with all age restrictions and identification requirements established by the venue and applicable law. Valid government-issued identification may be required for entry or for the purchase and consumption of alcoholic beverages. Food & Beverages: Any food, beverages, or other purchases made at the venue are separate from event entry and are subject to the venue's pricing, taxes, availability, and policies. Entertainment & DJ Performance: DJ performances, music selections, entertainment schedules, and other programming are subject to change at the discretion of the organizer or venue. Event Changes: The organizer and venue reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, entertainment lineup, start time, venue arrangements, or other event details when necessary. Cancellation or Rescheduling: The event may be cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond the organizer's or venue's control. Updated information will be communicated through available event or venue channels where reasonably possible. Photography & Video: Photography and video recording may take place during the event. By attending, guests acknowledge that event photos or videos may be used for promotional and marketing purposes, subject to applicable law. Guest Conduct: Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward the DJ, venue staff, performers, and other attendees and follow all venue rules and reasonable safety instructions. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone engaging in disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate behavior. Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The organizer, venue, and DynoDine are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unattended belongings, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Organizer & Platform: The event is organized and conducted by the event organizer and/or venue. DynoDine provides the event listing and promotional platform and does not sell tickets for this walk-in event. DynoDine is not responsible for event changes, DJ or entertainment changes, admission decisions, venue operations, or services provided by the organizer or venue.
