Organizer Terms

By attending the Desert Arts Festival, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: Free Admission: The Desert Arts Festival is a free community event. No ticket purchase or advance registration is required for general admission. Entry is subject to event capacity, safety requirements, and applicable organizer or venue policies. Event Schedule: The Desert Arts Festival is scheduled for November 27–29, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at The River at Rancho Mirage, 71800 Hwy 111, Rancho Mirage, CA. Event Activities: Fine art displays, handcrafted goods, jewelry, food vendors, music, demonstrations, entertainment, and other festival activities are subject to change, delay, or cancellation based on weather, safety considerations, artist or vendor availability, or other circumstances. Art & Artisan Exhibits: Artwork, handcrafted goods, jewelry, and other products are independently created and sold by participating artists and vendors. Product availability, pricing, quality, payment methods, and return policies are determined by individual vendors. Purchases & Vendors: All purchases made at the festival are separate from general event admission. Individual vendors are responsible for their own products, services, pricing, transactions, and customer policies. Food & Beverages: Food and beverages are sold separately by participating vendors. Guests are responsible for informing vendors of any allergies or dietary restrictions before purchasing or consuming food. The organizer does not guarantee that vendor products are free from specific allergens. Event Hours: Festival activities and vendor operating hours may vary. Certain artists, vendors, performances, or activities may not be available throughout the entire event period. Weather & Event Changes: As an outdoor festival, activities may be affected by weather conditions. The organizer reserves the right to modify event hours, activities, vendors, performances, locations, or other event details when reasonably necessary for safety or operational reasons. Photography & Video: Photography and video recording may take place throughout the festival. By attending, guests acknowledge that they may appear in photographs or videos captured during the event and that such content may be used for promotional, advertising, or marketing purposes, subject to applicable law. Children & Supervision: Children attending the festival must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that children follow event rules and participate safely in festival activities. Guest Conduct & Safety: All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward artists, vendors, performers, volunteers, staff, and other guests. Attendees must follow posted rules and reasonable safety instructions provided by event organizers, venue personnel, or security staff. Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables while attending the festival. The organizer and venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unattended property, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Parking: Parking availability is subject to venue capacity and applicable parking rules. Guests are responsible for following posted parking instructions and any directions provided by venue or event personnel. Organizer & Platform: The Desert Arts Festival is organized by the event organizers and participating partners. Any event listing or promotional platform is not responsible for event operations, vendor services, schedule changes, artist participation, weather-related changes, or other decisions made by the event organizer. By attending the Desert Arts Festival, you acknowledge and agree to follow these Terms & Conditions, venue requirements, posted event rules, and all applicable laws and regulations.
