Organizer Terms

By attending the Palm Springs Fine Art Festivals, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions: Free Admission & Parking: This is a free-admission event, and no ticket purchase is required for general entry. Parking is also advertised as free. Admission and parking are subject to venue capacity, availability, safety requirements, and applicable event policies. Event Schedule: The Palm Springs Fine Art Festivals are scheduled for Saturday, November 21 and Sunday, November 22, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, at Frances Stevens Park, 555 N. Palm Canyon Drive, Palm Springs, CA. Festival Activities: Art exhibitions, artist displays, demonstrations, featured artwork, and other scheduled activities are subject to change, modification, delay, or cancellation due to weather, safety considerations, artist availability, venue requirements, or other circumstances. Artwork & Exhibitors: Artwork displayed or offered at the festival may vary by participating artist and exhibitor. Individual artists and exhibitors are responsible for their own artwork, descriptions, pricing, sales, payment methods, delivery arrangements, and applicable policies. Artwork Purchases: Any artwork, merchandise, or other items purchased at the festival are separate transactions between the attendee and the individual artist or vendor. Attendees are responsible for reviewing pricing, payment, return, shipping, and other applicable policies before completing a purchase. Artist Interactions: Opportunities to meet artists, discuss their work, or participate in demonstrations may depend on artist schedules and availability and cannot be guaranteed throughout the event. Children & Family Activities: Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children and minors attending the festival. Children must follow all applicable venue and event safety rules. Weather & Outdoor Conditions: As an outdoor festival, event activities may be affected by weather conditions. The organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, relocate, or cancel portions of the festival when reasonably necessary for safety or operational reasons. Photography & Video: Photography and video recording may take place throughout the festival. By attending, guests acknowledge that their image or likeness may appear in event-related promotional, marketing, social media, or other materials, subject to applicable law. Guest Conduct & Safety: Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward artists, exhibitors, staff, volunteers, venue personnel, and other guests. All attendees must follow posted rules and reasonable safety instructions provided by event organizers or venue personnel. Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. The organizer, venue, participating artists/vendors, and DynoDine are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unattended belongings, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Organizer & Platform: The Palm Springs Fine Art Festivals are organized and conducted by the event organizer and/or its designated event partners and participating exhibitors. DynoDine provides the event listing and promotional platform and does not operate the festival or act as the seller of artwork or merchandise. DynoDine is not responsible for artwork quality, artist services, purchases, pricing, event operations, schedule changes, or decisions made by the event organizer or participating exhibitors. Event Changes: Festival details, participating artists, artwork selections, activities, operating hours, and other event information may change without prior notice. Attendees should follow official event and venue announcements for the latest information.
