Organizer Terms

By attending the Peachtree City Dragon Boat Race & International Festival, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: Free Admission: This is a free community event. No ticket purchase or advance registration is required for general admission. Entry is subject to event and venue capacity, safety requirements, and organizer policies. Event Schedule: The Peachtree City Dragon Boat Race & International Festival is scheduled for Saturday, September 26, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Drake Field, 155 Willowbend Rd, Peachtree City, GA 30269. Event Activities: Dragon boat races, cultural performances, children’s activities, food vendors, entertainment, flyovers, demonstrations, and other scheduled activities are subject to change, delay, or cancellation based on weather, safety considerations, availability, or other circumstances. Dragon Boat Racing: Participation in dragon boat races is separate from general festival admission and may require prior registration, eligibility requirements, waivers, or other conditions established by the organizer. Kidz Zone & Activities: Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times. Certain activities may have additional age, height, safety, or participation requirements. Food & Vendors: Food, beverages, merchandise, and other items offered by participating vendors are sold separately. Individual vendors are responsible for their own products, pricing, payment policies, and services. Flyover & Special Performances: Scheduled aerial demonstrations, performances, and special appearances are subject to weather conditions, safety requirements, performer availability, and applicable approvals. Specific performance times cannot be guaranteed. Weather & Event Changes: As an outdoor event, activities may be affected by weather conditions. The organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule, activities, performances, race times, or other event details when reasonably necessary. Photography & Video: Photography and video recording may take place throughout the festival. By attending, guests acknowledge that event photos or videos may be used for promotional and marketing purposes, subject to applicable law. Guest Conduct & Safety: Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward participants, performers, vendors, volunteers, staff, and other guests. All attendees must follow posted rules and reasonable safety instructions provided by event organizers or venue personnel. Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. The organizer, venue, and DynoDine are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unattended belongings, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Organizer & Platform: The event is organized and conducted by Peach State Dragon Boat Academy and/or its designated event partners. DynoDine provides the event listing and promotional platform and does not sell tickets for this free-admission event. DynoDine is not responsible for event operations, schedule changes, activities, vendor services, or decisions made by the organizer.
