Organizer Terms
By attending the 53rd Annual National Shrimp Festival, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: Free Admission: The National Shrimp Festival offers free general admission. No ticket purchase is required for general entry. Admission remains subject to festival capacity, safety requirements, event policies, and any applicable local regulations. Event Schedule: The 53rd Annual National Shrimp Festival is scheduled from October 8 through October 11, 2026, at Gulf Place, 101 Gulf Shores Parkway, Gulf Shores, AL 36542. Festival hours: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Sunday. Festival Activities: Food vendors, entertainment, shopping, beachside activities, demonstrations, and other festival experiences are subject to change, delay, relocation, or cancellation depending on weather, availability, safety considerations, or other circumstances. Food & Beverages: Food and beverages offered during the festival are sold separately unless otherwise stated. Participating vendors are responsible for their own menus, products, pricing, payment methods, food preparation, and services. Vendors & Merchandise: Merchandise, arts, crafts, and other products available from participating vendors are sold independently. Each vendor is responsible for the quality, pricing, availability, returns, and policies related to their products. Entertainment & Performances: Scheduled entertainment, performances, and other festival programming may be changed or cancelled without prior notice due to performer availability, weather, technical requirements, safety concerns, or other circumstances. Family & Children: Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times during the festival. Certain attractions or activities may have specific age, height, participation, or safety requirements. Weather & Event Changes: As an outdoor beachside event, festival activities may be affected by weather and environmental conditions. Organizers reserve the right to modify festival hours, activities, entertainment, vendor operations, or other event details when reasonably necessary. Photography & Video: Photography and video recording may take place throughout the festival. By attending, guests acknowledge that event photographs or recordings may be used for promotional, advertising, or marketing purposes, subject to applicable law. Guest Conduct & Safety: Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward festival staff, vendors, performers, volunteers, and other guests. All attendees must follow posted rules, safety instructions, restricted-area notices, and reasonable directions provided by festival or venue personnel. Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. Festival organizers, participating vendors, the venue, and DynoDine are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unattended belongings, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Organizer & Platform: The event is presented in association with the Coastal Alabama Business Chamber and/or its designated festival partners. DynoDine provides the event listing and promotional platform and does not operate the festival. DynoDine is not responsible for festival operations, schedule changes, vendor services, food or beverage purchases, entertainment changes, cancellations, or decisions made by the event organizers.
