How to Create VIP, Early Bird, and General Admission Tickets

When selling tickets online with DynoDine, you can create different ticket types based on your event. This allows you to offer options such as General Admission, VIP, and Early Bird tickets with different prices and availability.

Step 1: Create Your Ticket Types

Go to the Ticket Pricing section and select Add Ticket Type.

Enter a clear Ticket Name for your ticket.

You can create ticket types such as:

• General Admission
• VIP Admission
• Early Bird
• Standard Entry
• Premium Entry
• Family Package
• Group Admission

After entering the ticket name, set the Price for that ticket type.

You can create multiple ticket types and set a different price for each one.

Step 2: Set the Ticket Quantity

After creating your ticket type, set how many tickets you want to sell.

Use Maximum Tickets Available to set the total number of tickets available for that ticket type.

You can also set:

• Minimum Quantity – The minimum number of tickets a customer must purchase.
• Maximum per Booking – The maximum number of tickets a customer can purchase in one booking.

These settings help you control your ticket inventory and the number of tickets customers can purchase at one time.

Step 3: Set Ticket Availability

You can choose when each ticket type is available for purchase.

DynoDine allows you to set:

• Available From – When the ticket becomes available.
• Available Until – When the ticket stops being available.

This is useful for ticket types such as Early Bird, which may only be available for a specific period.

Step 4: Add a Ticket Description

You can add a Ticket Description for each ticket type.

Use the description to explain what the ticket includes or provide any important information customers should know before purchasing.

Step 5: Manage Package Capacity

DynoDine also provides an Enforce exact package capacity option.

This gives you additional control over ticket sales as the package reaches its available capacity.

With these settings, you can create and manage different ticket options while keeping your event ticket sales organized.
